Booking an Appointment

When booking your appointments with us, you will be required to secure the booking time/day with a 50% deposit of the treatment price. This can be done over the phone, in the salon or when booking online.

If a deposit has not been left, we will contact you 48 hours before your appointment to confirm and take booking deposit. If we are unable to contact you and a deposit has not been left, your appointment time will go to a client on our waitlist.

Cancellations

As we are a busy, high demand salon, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice for all cancellations and reschedules. Any cancellations within the 24 hour period before your appointment will forfeit the 50% deposit. No shows will be charged the full amount of the treatment price and will need to be paid before booking future appointments.

Please note that, of course, we are compassionate during unforeseen circumstances.

If you are unwell, have sick children, are called into work, your alarm didn't go off or you simply forgot, this still impacts our business. You may be able to send someone else to your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

We truly care about your time and your visit with us, we plan and set up our day around you so this policy is to avoid any negative impact, allowing us to accommodate other clients and maintain our quality service.

Arrivals

Plan your time-out with us carefully as arriving late may shorten the time of your treatment, Your treatment will end on time to respect the next scheduled appointment. Arriving early helps us provide the best experience possible. It allows time for any paperwork and ensures you can settle in without feeling rushed, which is essential for a successful treatment.

Confirmations

Please ensure you CONFIRM your booking when your reminder text arrives 48 hours before your appointment.

All you need to do is click the link in the SMS to confirm.

Consultation Forms

Some of our treatments require a consultation form filled in which you will receive via SMS or email prior to your appointment. To ensure you receive the full duration of your treatment, please fill in your form prior to arriving.

Remember to book your next appointment before you leave to ensure availability and avoid disappointment.

For your convenience you can book appointments any time of the day with us by visiting our website. Simply look for the ‘book now’ banner and follow the prompts. 

Gift Voucher

Terms & Conditions

  1. Gift Vouchers are valid for three years from the purchase date. Gift vouchers purchased for promotional treatments or packages are valid for one year from the purchase date.

  2. Gift Vouchers are redeemable on any full priced treatments of the same value or upgraded with additional charges to the value of the upgraded treatment.

  3. Gift Vouchers must be presented at the time of appointment. Non presented gift vouchers will result in the client having to pay for the service in full

  4. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, additional vouchers and cannot be transferred to another person for use.

  5. Appointments cancelled less than 24hrs notice given will incur a 50% cancellation fee from the total amount of the gift voucher value.

  6. “No Show” appointment will unfortunately forfeit the entire gift voucher and will no longer be valid for use at another time.

  7. Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions or discounted services

  8. We reserve the right to increase prices without prior notice. Should our treatment costs increase between the purchased date and redemption of the gift voucher, the customer is responsible to pay the cost difference at the time of the service.
